Enrolment Procedures

  1. Please call us to arrange for an appointment to visit the school. We invite visitors to drop in for tours between Monday through Friday at 4: 30 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.. During this time the School Director/Directress is available for consultation regarding our curriculums and the wide variety of activities we provide. We encourage you to bring along your child during the visitation. An opportunity to play in the school with a parent helps your child feels secure in the school environment.
  2. Meet with Director/Directress of a particular classroom environment with your child. This meeting will last approximately 20-30minutes.
  3. Submit a completed application form together with a non-refundable fee. Parents who wish to enroll their child after touring the school may do so providing that an opening is available for the desired program.
  4. Letter of acceptance. After the visit and upon receiving the application form and the non-refundable application fee, the Admission Committee will process and review all registration information received and, in consultation with the classroom Director/Directress, will make a decision about the appropriateness of the Buzan Montessori program for your child. If accepted, an acceptance letter and other forms will be mailed/courier to you.
  5. Return all completed forms within 7 working days of sent. If you have passed the stipulated time frame, the placement will be offered to another candidate. Your child is successfully enrolled when a deposit (deposit would be deducted from total tuition) is paid and all the signed forms are returned to the school office.
  6. Orientation Packet is sent. Upon receiving the required deposit, we will send you an information packet with all the important documentation needed to begin the school year. Please ensure that the required documentation, including health check cards and immunity inoculation cards, are submitted to the school office before your child begins attending school.

At all other times of the year, admissions are done on a "rolling basis": that is, children are considered and accepted as and when places are available in the school.
